Vår långsiktiga framgång bygger på våra etiska riktlinjer som finns beskrivna i vår uppförandekod för anställda och leverantörer. Du har en viktig roll i att slå larm om du misstänker något som strider mot dem. Det ger oss en möjlighet att förebygga och korrigera om något har gått fel.
I första hand uppmanar vi dig att tala med din chef (om du är anställd) eller din kontaktperson hos oss (om du är affärspartner). Om du inte vill vara öppen med din identitet erbjuder vi en säker kanal för anonym rapportering och dialog. Denna tjänst hanteras av en extern part, WhistleB.

Our long-term success is built on making business in a fair and ethical way. This is described in our supplier code of conduct.
Whistleblowing provides an opportunity to report suspicions of misconduct. You have an important role by raising your concern if you suspect a serious misconduct, that should be prevented or corrected. You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith.
We primarily encourage you to contact your business contact or manager. If you feel you cannot be open with your information, you can raise your concern anonymously, by using our Communication channel, managed by a third-party, WhistleB.
