About the Annual and Sustainability Report 2024
Stockholm Exergi Holding AB (publ.) is the parent company of the Stockholm Exergi Group. In this Annual and Sustainability Report, the Group is referred to as “Stockholm Exergi”.
Since 2013, Stockholm Exergi’s consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Stockholm Exergi’s Sustainability Report is prepared in compliance with the Annual Accounts Act and the EU’s Taxonomy Directive and draws inspiration from the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive’s (CSRD) European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
The Sustainability Report is presented on pages 84-157 as part of the Annual Report.
The most recent report was published in March 2024.
This year’s Sustainability Report pertains to 2024 and includes Stockholm Exergi Holding AB (publ.) and its subsidiaries unless otherwise stated. All quantitative data points presented in the tables in the Environment, Social and Ethical sections of the Sustainability Report are included in the review performed by our auditor, PwC.
